Ethical. Our integrity is crucial to us. We steer clear of questionable business practices, and we firmly believe that shortcuts compromise care.
Compliant. At HYPE, we are meticulous about our documentation and other processes. As a result, we have an exceptional record with both with DMAS & Licensing audits.

Compassionate and understanding. Everyone experiences difficult times at some point. At HYPE, we firmly believe that, as long as proper communication is utilized, there is no reason for your job to be a source of additional stress when life is messy, complicated, or painful.
Family focused. Your family is our family. You are a whole person, and your family is part of who you are, from parents, children, and significant others to pets and third cousins twice removed. Everyone matters and is important.
Supportive. We take teamwork seriously. It is a cornerstone of our foundation, as it were. We live this out vertically—i.e., management provides extra training and resources as they are needed—and horizontally—i.e., HYPE employees support one another, fill in for one another, and generally try to look out for each other.
